Directory of Creative Practitioners

Would you like to join our Creative Practitioner Online Database?
If you have experience of working in education and/or community settings, why not join our directory of creative practitioners? Benefits include:
o Schools will be able to search for you on-line by art form, age group or district
o Quarterly copies of our newsletter updating you of ways to get involved.
o The opportunity to submit an item for our website where new practitioners can be promoted.
o Being promoted in our newsletter.

Application
You will need:
o Enhanced CRB disclosure (we can process this for you, at a cost of £55 please click here)
o Valid Public Liability Insurance Certificate (recommended up to £5million)
o Signed permissions from anybody in the images you wish to submit
o Two relevant, recent references.
o An up to date copy of your CV

You will also need to provide a signed form to say you have read and understood and will abide by our Safeguarding policy.

What happens next?
You will be invited to attend one of our Drop-Ins (if you are registering for the first time) and asked to provide:
o A copy of your CRB disclosure
o Copies of any permissions necessary for your images.
o Once we have received satisfactory references, we will notify you that your details are ready to go onto the website.
